NOT IMPRESSED with their customer service.....On Dec 6th ordered a CANVAS and by the 16th heard nothing. I called and spoke with the rude ART DIRECTOR which did a painting that i was not impressed with and advised that I still would like the canvas to be done for xmas. Which he stated that wont be a problem. Here it is DEC 31st and nothing still. I called again asking about it and they had not done the canvas yet and seemed upset that i didn't like the painting. I am just not a fan for paintings and i ordered a Canvas. He then hung up on me after I asked for a refund. I called back and could hear him in the background stating he was on another line and that he didn't want to talk. I find this place to be a scam and very rude. I have never had this type of treatment before and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone....Highly unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE..YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP.
