Hello Milton, We received your order for a photo on canvas but your original photo was very dark. It was also cropped to a size that would not fit the 18x24 you ordered. Here is a complimentary Preview of what a painted portrait would look like. The colors in this Dog portrait are brought out much more colorful and lifelike. Also, the Artist replaced the background with brushstrokes. Please let us know if you would like to upgrade to the painted version. Thank you.
